Transportation

What's the best way to get to campus?

If you are staying in one of the Pitt Medicine dedicated hotel blocks listed on the accommodations page, please ask the front desk for the hotel shuttle information to bring you to campus. Shuttle schedules can be found there and will be available in packets distributed upon your arrival at your hotel. If you are from the Pittsburgh area and will not be staying in a hotel, complimentary valet parking will be available on Friday night for the Opening Ceremony and for the following class dinners. Class dinners are in the same location as the Opening Reception and your car can remain with valet for the duration of the evening. Complimentary parking passes will be avaliable on Saturday at the Presbyterian Garage located next to Scaife Hall. A shuttle will be leaving from Scaife Hall at 9:45am to take alumni to the tailgate and football game, returning to Scaife Hall after the football game, with a second loop after Cocktails and Conversations in the North Shore. We strongly suggest taking a shuttle that is provided to any Saturday events, specifically the football game and tailgate, as parking at Heinz Feild will be self-serve.

If I am going to drive to events, where should I park?

Complimentary valet parking will be available on Friday, September 15th. On Saturday, complimentary parking will be avaliable in Oakland at Presybertian Garage located next to Scaife Hall with a shuttle to Heinz Feild and back to Scaife Hall. If you would prefer to drive to to Heinz field, please see the following self- parking accommodations.

Where can I find maps of campus?

All maps of campus are available at http://www.tour.pitt.edu/
